If you have an appointment with us between 19th of November and 24th of November you would of already been contacted and getting you back in is our priority when we return. Our team is preparing to work extra late nights and Sunday’s upon reopening to ensure we have you all feeling fabulous in no time. ... We are still here if you need us, hair advice, products posted or to reschedule appointments. We will still do our best to respond to any messages within our dedicated time frames however at this time it may take up to 24 hours. If the lockdown is extended and you have an appointment with us please don’t call us, we will call you. We have solid plan on managing a lockdown extension and solid plans in place for reopening so as I say to my team Trust the process we have got this under control. You’ve got this SA, enjoy the 6 day downtime, try to find the positives, deal with future problems in the future and cherish the moments with your loved ones.
