25.01.2022 With Mother’s Day just 1 week away, and unfortunately no physical market to buy your gifts, we’d like to invite our stall holders to share handmade gifts available for contactless pick up or express postage.

24.01.2022 Let’s show our stallholders some love but ‘shouting out’ a unique gift you have bought from them or received from someone else, purchased at one of the Handmade Show markets.

23.01.2022 This week's feature stallholder is Simone from Crisp Produce and Preserves. Simone is a regular at The Handmade Show, serving up a delicious range of of seasonally inspired jams, jellies, conserves, marmalades, relishes, chutneys, pickles, sauces, citrus cordials and pasta sauces. Simone uses fruit and vegetables from her thriving market garden and small home orchard. What is not homegrown is foraged from wild fruit trees, purchased at the farm gate, or bought locally. You can't get fresher than that! You can find out Crisp Produce here: https://www.crispproduceandpreserves.com.au/index.html

So if you would like to try out her products or need to restock on your favourites just pop over to her website at www.joocebathandbody.com and enter this code at checkout: MAY2020 to get the 15% discount.

22.01.2022 While we patiently wait for markets to re-open, now is a good time to reflect on your stall set up. Is is customer friendly? Do you need to make adjustments? What’s one change you can make right now?

19.01.2022 WE MISS YOU! We are sending best our wishes to all our talented crafts people and our loyal Handmade Show patrons and supporters. The good news is that with recent easing of restrictions we'll soon be able to review our current ‘pause’ situation. We're fully supportive of the regulations and social distancing requirements and won’t be making the decision to resume trading lightly. We just wanted you to know that we are working hard on a return to our fabulous market at St Anthony’s Parish Hall and sharing more good times with you. Thanks for your patience and continued support.

18.01.2022 The spotlight is on Light My Wick (LMW) this week. Suzi a creates a gorgeous range of scented candles. She's been keeping busy of the last few months. Here's what Suzi has to say about what is happening behind the scenes at LMW: Hi everyone, I'm Suzi, the creator of Light My Wick Candles or as some fondly refer to me "the candle lady". The flame for Light My Wick Candles was lit 4 years ago through a love and passion for candles, I mean who doesn't love candles right, there ...is something special about a candle or tea light to create ambience and for beautiful aromas to drift through the house. Recently I have taken the opportunity of creating and testing some new ranges and fragrances as well as giving the space where it all happens abit of a makeover. If you need to brighten up a space and gift someone or yourself a little something special while we are staying at home a little more than usual you can contact me through the below details and get your fix of Light My WIck. 16.01.2022 This week’s feature stallholder is Sheree from Shaille Chainmaille. Sheree makes the most amazing, intricate Chainmaille pieces, here is a little about what Sharee says about her work: I make a range of Chainmaille and Scalemaille inspired jewellery, decor, and accessories. This means lots and LOTS of rings! Whether I use dozens, hundreds, or thousands of rings in a single piece, I weave them individually, close them carefully and precisely, and eventually they turn into the... wonderfully intricate and tactile pieces. I use many different weaves - from the very same ones that were used to make armour centuries ago, right through to wholly aesthetic or structural weaves that have much more modern origins. To see more of Sharee’s work check out her Etsy page here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/shaillechainmaille
