Getting creative for kids meals!! ... ... ... Away from the traditional meals that us adults construct, and the idea that only certain foods go together, treating foods as ingredients only, can sometimes be limiting for kids... they love to explore and eat with their fingers. Snack plates with all types of food is a great way to get foods from all food groups into their little bellies!.. ..... Our little 3yr old niece, who we sometimes struggle to feed, loved this lunch dude .. it made lunch a creative adventure for her.. she got to eat spaghetti hair, corn teeth, broccoli cheeks, avacado ears, rockmelon smiles, apple eyes and more! Rather than force feeding her or bribing for just one more mouthful- she thought it was fun!! ..
