23.01.2022 After official confirmation from the Department of Health and Human Services we will continue to stay open. As most of our customers know, the vast majority of our products are made here in Australia by Australian owned companies so we have had very little trouble with stock supply and we should continue to be well stocked in the coming months. Our dog wash bays are still in operation, we are sanitising each bay and all the handles and knobs after each person so please allo...w us a little extra time to ensure everything is as clean as possible. 20.01.2022 COVID-19 Update Victoria is shutting down non-essential services from Tuesday, until then the Happy Pet Company will remain open for normal trading hours (9am-5pm). At the moment we do not know if pet food is considered an essential service and are awaiting further information. ... In the meantime we have implemented further cleaning measures in store with regular cleaning of door handles and other regularly touched items. We kindly ask that our customers follow the social distancing and hygiene guidelines set out by the government and health department.

06.01.2022 Yes we’re still open! Dog wash bays are operating and are disinfected after each use (as normal). We are also taking grooming appointments if you’ve realised your pooch needs a bit of a tidy up. ... If you’re self-isolating or would prefer to stay in your car that’s no problem - just give us a call when you arrive and you can pay over the phone and we’ll bring it out to your car.

02.01.2022 Sunday Pets is finally here! After 7 long months our container arrived yesterday and 600 bags of Sunday Pets Grain Free dog food in fresh new packaging are now in store. A brand new adult salmon formula is also available in addition to the lamb puppy, adult and senior formulas. All formulas are on a loyalty program. ...
