You know things like: Mass shootings Suicides... Accidents and mutilations Public executions and beheadings Severe violence Etc etc .... This stuff is ok as long as theres a disclaimer saying viewer discretion But as soon as someone starts to share an opinion that could get people questioning the mainstream narrative. 02.01.2022 In all my years as a therapist, coach and healer, Ive noticed that most people live in one of two ways, they either live and do things out of a general belief that the world is out to get you, or is here FOR you as n opportunity to express who and what you REALLY are. The first group of people do all they can to avoid fear and anxiety and a pandemic like this (or any crisis for that matter), causes them to click into the animalistic fight/flight response; panic buy and ret...reat. For the later group, this drama is an opportunity to express their true nature; kindness, compassion and just being there as a support for their fellow human. When external pressure is applied like in the form of a pandemic, whats inside each of us individually is what will come out. Just like squeezing and orange; only orange juice can come out because thats whats inside. Unfortunately humanity needs a crisis to deal with every now and then )theyre inevitable anyway) so we can all take a step back and ask ourselves: in the face of whats going on out there, whats coming out in here? If everything goes too well in our western culture, its natural that we can loose perspective and start squabbling over a grain of sand, but a crisis can help us see the entire desert and realise it isnt worth fighting over. We call that having first world problems Perhaps we can all use these times as an opportunity to see whats inside. Keep shining
