23.01.2022 As most of you would know, I love a bear crawl. It activates the whole body including, when done properly, the brain. But this seemlingly simple exercise can be easy to get wrong. So here are some tips to be mindful of next time you're doing this exercise, to make sure you reap all the benefits it offers. Coach

11.01.2022 Very grateful and proud moment for me to have a #primalthenecian sharing their achievement. These badges are a bit of fun and tie into the whole ethos of #primalthenics Reposted from @elissatransforming So grateful to feel well enough to exercise and complete a really tough Primal Thenics session. Beginner series! The final session was superb and gave me a taste of why I train each day. It is a reminder I have the privilege to move so I choose gracefully and gratefully to mov...e well and strive to be the best I can be. A role model for my children and most importantly a role model for myself. Thank you Chris for your dedication and motivation to inspire and lead by example with your brilliant Primalthenics training; today for me via the app. . . #primalthenics #primalthenicsapp #primalthenecians @thehealthandfitnessguy #grateful #movewell #moveveryday #trainingforlife #livewell #kicksittabata @hadrianzee @zeeosborn #retroskiteam #training2020 #bearbadge PrimalThenics

11.01.2022 Heading into the weekend, and not just any weekend, but Halloween! It's a timely reminder to think about why you keep fit and healthy, or why you should! On 2 occassions in my life, over extended periods of time, i never thought I would be able to run and jump around with my kids. ... That sucked. This was awesome. This is what fitness should be about. It makes life better. Chriso #primalthenics #primalthenicsapp #primalthenecians #primalthenicsteam

08.01.2022 It's a month until Christmas. WHAT?! They call this time of year 'silly season', but I think 2020 might take it to new levels. For many of you, I know it's been a stressful year, and this is the time that stress levels will really start to peak. And when we're stressed, CORTISOL turns up for a party! Not great. So here are some tips to reduce your cortisol levels, and hopefully help you make it through to the end of this of a year!... https://www.primalthenics.com/blog-articles/blog-post/50 #primalthenics #primalthenicsapp #trainsmart #bodyweighttraining #cortisol #stress #christmasiscoming

08.01.2022 PrimalThenics and the style of training I use is designed to explore, and in turn push and extend your body’s strength, mobility and fitness capabilities. These guys in the QLD Rugby 7’s camp under the coaching expertise of the Elite 7s rugby program are strong and fit in a traditional sense, but even they discovered their personal limitations with regards to strength, mobility and endurance during my first training session with them this week. In fairness, this was a HARD ...conditioning set Give it a try yourself and let me know how you find it! I’ll be working with this great group as part of the Elite 7's coaching group over the coming months with the goal of improving their weaknesses and developing well-rounded athletes who are ready to tackle (pardon the pun!) whatever comes at them, whether that be in a game of rugby or in life. 08.01.2022 Did you know that a lot of illnesses start in your gut? A healthy, well-functioning digestive system not only ensures maximum nutrients are absorbed by the food you eat, but also ensures all toxins are efficiently removed from your body. Hydra Longevity’s Microbiome Prebiotic Stack in its Body Revitaliser Essentials supplement is designed to feed, nurture and replenish the delicate balance of microbes in the gut, ensuring it has everything it needs (in combination with the... Digestive Restore Stack) to function optimally. That means you’ll have less bloating, less gas, and with the addition of Australian green banana resistant starch which boosts serotonin production, you’ll also be in a better mood #primalthenics #primalthenicsapp #hydralongevity #digestivehealth #prebiotics #MoveWellLiveWell #TrainSmart

04.01.2022 It's hot out there today! And you know what that means....SWEAT! Yes, that normal bodily function we only talk about as a gross nuisance, and one we notice even more when we exercise. So why do we sweat, how much sweat is ‘normal’, and does more sweat mean a better workout? Head on over to the PrimalThenics blog to find out! https://www.primalthenics.com/blog-articles/blog-post/47... #primalthenics #primalthenicsapp #trainsmart #sweat #getreadyforsummer
