24.01.2022 Craving this warm chia pudding by @food_thy_medicine Warm chia pudding with stewed pears. In a small pot, mix 1/2 cup chia seeds with 1.5 cups almond milk. Set aside for 20 mins until it firms up. In the meanwhile, slice 2 pears, place in small pot and add 1 cup water, 2 cardamom pods, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 star anise, tspoon maple syrup. Simmer on low for approx 20 mins until pears are soft and syrup starts to form. Place chia mixture over low heat and stir for 2 mins, adding more almond milk if consistency is too thick. Place chia pudding in bowl, top with stewed pears and sprinkle with hemp seeds, dried blueberries, dried mulberries, dried barberries, sunflower seeds, raw activated sunflower seeds and tspoon maple syrup.
