25.01.2022 Here it is.. Plum & almond tart. The fruits of my labour in the kitchen yesterday. Deeeelish! My beautiful mum loves all things sweet, especially with a nice cuppa tea.. she came down to visit from Queensland today and I had this ready for her.. served with fresh vanilla cream.. these are the cooking moments I live for, to make food for people I love & to watch them enjoy it! 16.01.2022 Here are a couple of photos from Monday night at the WedShed Christmas Party!! It was so wonderful to be able to create a feast with a very Merry feel! This is one of my favourite times of year; the colours, the feel and the joy in the air! This event was a great way to start off the silly season. A very special thanks to The Blonde Butler for your talented; styling eye, to Gather vintage hire for the amazing vessels to carry these delicious treats, to Rutherglen Florist for framing the grazing tables so well and making the room look so enchanting and to Georgie James Photography for capturing this moment in time. 09.01.2022 Yesterdays luncheon~ so lovely to be able to cater for a lovely bunch of people to celebrate a 70th birthday! On the menu- goats cheese & beetroot tarts & crab cakes with lemon mayo to start followed by Chicken with 40 cloves of garlic, slow cooked pork (chilean style), green beans with pine nuts, potato salad and baby spinach with pumpkin, quinoa, roasted almonds and pickled onions- meat served with chimichurri & tarragon cream sauce! Mmmm Mmmm!
