23.01.2022 To help celebrate all the wonderful dads and carers in our community, we are holding a competition for resident children, where they can win a special gift for dad this Father's Day. 19.01.2022 During the course of our development application for the Proposed Temporary Café, it was determined that an alternate location is required. As such, we have identified a new position for the cafe, that being on the corner of The Hermitage Way & Providence Drive, opposite Gledswood Hills Primary School. An updated development application has been lodged with council, and subject to approval, the café should be operational early next year. We’ll keep you updated on progress as news comes to hand.

07.01.2022 Sekisui House Australia is pleased to announce that the Greg Norman 9 hole Golf Course at Gledswood Hills has been officially transferred to its new owners, Western Suburbs Leagues Club. Western Suburbs Leagues Club are now responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the golf holes, whilst Sekisui House continues to maintain the bushland regeneration areas throughout the course for a period of three years. We understand that the new owner is pursuing further approvals including the construction of the golf course clubhouse. Please note that responsibility for the commencement of the golf course operations rests solely with Western Suburbs Leagues Club.

06.01.2022 Sekisui House and The Hermitage team are extremely proud to support Gledswood Hills Public School through the provision of school blazers for the student leaders. This year’s School Captains, Vice-Captains and Student Leaders were recently inducted in their new blazers, which will be passed on year to year. We congratulate all the elected students and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Gledswood Hills Public School over the years to come.
