19.01.2022 Be bold, have courage and follow your dreams. Running a small business is not without it's challenges and this year has certainly thrown us a curve ball. To be honest, I felt really nervous returning to the studio - but training again in our beautiful studio, seeing our wonderful community and greeting new people while still being able to offer LIVESTREAM to those at home - I am feeling blessed. 03.01.2022 Can I do the new format The Stage at home via live-stream Yes is the answer! For this workout, a step or weights bench (not 100% essential but v v handy for a lot of moves and better if you have it for strength exercises like bench press + seated curls etc), free weights with enough range to allow you a decent load for deadlifts and deep squats and also lighter for arms. A barbell is super useful, rarely you will lose value on this piece of kit or any weights, so invest... in them if you can. The ideal kit for The Stage: 1. Barbell set 2. Dumbbells / Y Bells / Kettle pairs 3. Aerobic step that can go up in height 4. Skipping rope #TheStage #TheHIITFactoryLivestream #workoutathome
