25.01.2022 Teenage boy critically injured in Kellyville A teenage boy remains in hospital after being found critically injured in a residential street in Sydney’s Hills District overnight. Emergency services were called to Perseus Circuit at Kellyville shortly before 10.30pm (Monday 4 January 2021), after the 16-year-old youth was found lying in the street with head injuries.... He was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to Westmead Hospital, where he’s reported to be in a critical condition. A crime scene has been established by officers attached to The Hills Police Area Command and a canvass of the neighbourhood is underway. Investigations are continuing to establish the cause of the youth’s injuries. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact Castle Hill Police or Crime Stoppers. 13.01.2022 A man has been charged after a teenager was found with critical injuries in Kellyville last night. Just before 10.30pm (Monday 4 January 2021), emergency services were called to Perseus Circuit where they found a 17-year-old boy with serious head injuries. Officers from The Hills Police Area Command commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the teen’s injuries.... Following inquiries, an 18-year-old man was arrested at Windsor Police Station about 10.30am today (Tuesday 5 January 2021). He was charged with assault with intent to rob armed offensive weapon wound/weapon and refused bail to appear before Penrith Local Court tomorrow (Wednesday 6 January 2021). Police will allege in court that the older man was in a vehicle with three other males, aged 18, 19 and 20, who drove to the location together to meet with the younger male. Police will further allege the charged man stole a quantity of e-cigarettes from the younger man while armed with a knife. Inquiries are continuing and further charges have not been ruled out. The 17-year-old boy remains in a critical condition at Westmead Hospital. 13.01.2022 30 people arrested breaching COVID restrictions at home stay houses in Maraylya. At 3am on the 1st of January 2021, Castle Hill Police, Operational Support Group Police and Traffic & HWP were called to two homes at Bitalli St Maraylya. 20 males and 10 females aged between 18-28 years of age were found breaching COVID Heath orders by gathering at the homes which were booked using an online Homestay service. All 30 people were directed to leave, and will be issued $1000 fines for breaching the Ministerial Health Directions.

11.01.2022 Two men have been injured during a home invasion in the Hills District overnight. About 1am (Thursday 31 December 2020), emergency services were called to a hom...e on Purser Avenue, Castle Hill, follow reports a group of nine males armed with an axe, knife, hammer and firearm entered the home and threatened the occupants. Police have been told the group demanded property from the six people inside, before stabbing an 18-year-old man in the stomach several times. A seventh occupant, a 17-year-old boy, was in the backyard at the time and was hit on the head with a hammer. The group stole six mobile phones, before further damaging the home and leaving in a vehicle, not further described. The injured men were treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to Westmead Hospital. Officers from The Hills Police District established a crime scene, before searching the area with assistance from the Dog Unit and PolAir. Detectives would like to speak to seven males who may be able to assist with their inquiries. 04.01.2022 UPDATE Arrest - Bella Vista Metro Robbery - 19 November A 16yo male was listed as wanted by Hills Detectives for the Metro Robbery that occurred at Bella Vista on the 19th of November 2020. At 2pm on the 5th of January 2021 Police Transport Command - NSW Police Force Target Action Group arrested the youth at Central Railway Station. He was charged with Robbery in Company and is bail refused to a Children's Court . Police are still calling for information as to the identit...y of the other two males.
