Deb Keillah Certified EFT Practitioner- will be there to greet you and instruct & demonstrate EFT and answer any questions you may have. Is it Ok to attend if I don’t know much about EFT? Yes beginners are most welcome & if you let me know I can send through a little bit of information that will make it super easy for you, so please ask! Do I need to attend every week? No, but you may miss out on a bit of extra self-care you deserve. Will I need to tell the group what I am working on? No. There will be no pressure to share anything. Just turn up with a listening ear and an openness to learn.
