20.01.2022 Oh how I love this so much! Emotions are more than ok and natural. But emotions make people uncomfortable because many people haven't been shown how to be with emotions and have been shown how to shut them down and bury them instead of expressing them and moving through. ... As though feelings are something to be ashamed of or that we are weaker for showing them. We come from a society that think strength is that person that doesn't cry. The brave face, though hurting inside. NO!! It is healthy and strong to have and to express your emotions. I know that can be uncomfortable and scary to embody when you haven't allowed yourself to in the past. I get it.... I really do, and it's still a work in progress for me. But it gets easier because you then learn that it's not going to last, you're going to be ok and in fact you're going to be MORE than ok because you've allowed that energy to move through you and complete its cycle. The more we hang on to the more dis-ease we create within the body. Feel it to heal it.

20.01.2022 IMPORTANT CHANGES AS OF 1st FEB 2021 Hi everyone, as of the 1st February, prices for services have increased slightly. This is due to the recent review of costs verse prices over the last year. I currently pay myself approx $18 an hour after all has been taken like rent, electricity, insurance, washing, oils, etc. Please note, if you have booked your appointment already for February, that appointment will be kept at the old price. ... My open hours have also changed now that our daughter is in school. Please see these amended open times attached. A new session will be announced shortly also :) I hope you are all well
