24.01.2022 Harvesting valerian ready to make a tincture tomorrow with a dear friend. The difference between plants was incredible this one pictured was grown biodynamically in our labyrinth garden which has amazing energy, 3 other plants which I havent photographed together made up less than half of this plant. The other 3 had been in the ground for 2-3 years in poor soil, this one has been in the ground 9 - 11 months rich biodynamic compost, bd 500 application x1 and cow patt Pitt fer...tilized on planting. Plus the energetics of the labyrinth equals one amazing plant to behold. After I washed all the dirt of the roots I ended up with just over 1kg of valerian roots off one plant. So excited to work with this amazing plant tomorrow. There was something that had been holding me back from feeling fully content within my life and choices that we make as a family. 12.01.2022 Are you wondering what the red tent women’s circle is about? This book is a great read and is written as a novel based around traditions and ceremony that women experienced centuries ago. One particular tradition that expands many cultures, religions, ethnic groups, and centuries is women entering into The Red Tent at the time of month when their menstruation was in sync with the cycle of the moon and one another in their family/ kin and village unit. They would have a brea...k from their normal everyday activities and rest whilst they bled. They also ate celebratory/ exotic or sacred foods that were not apart of their everyday diet, to celebrate and honor their bodies. They also honored traditions and ceremonies that embraced and honored their femininity as well as goddesses of their religion or spiritual belief. During our Red Tent Women’s Circle we will be gathering as group of women, varying in ages from the onset of menarche and all the way through to menopause and post menopause. In a loving, accepting and nurturing space, supporting one another to be who we are in our unique beauty and feminity. I have a couple of things planned to share, however this event and all future ones are about what each and everyone of you need to be in the world. Completely open to suggestions and ideas. 11.01.2022 FULL MOON IN SAGITTARIUS: 17th June at 2553 at 4.31am EST ~ The path to enlightenment is to lighten up ~ This expansive Full Moon opens the Void to the Gal...actic Centre (26 Sagittarius). This is what Philip Sedgwick whom I had the honour to meet in Seattle has to say: The Galactic Center recently received verification that it contains a black hole as its center. The resulting energy squeeze emits a wide array of powerful radiation, most notably infrared (IFR) in this instance. This Infrared energy pressures the subconscious mind, providing the release of learned behavior and memories, both negative and positive, all in the interest of moving forward During a Full Moon the Sun and the Moon are opposing each other and the Moon reflects the light of the Sun. She is aware, full of wisdom and joins her cosmic dance together with Jupiter, the Seeker of truth who is full of faith and his call for adventure is pulsating, engaging and life affirming. In Astrology the planets Saturn and Mars are referred to as the two Malefics as opposed to Venus and Jupiter, the two Benefics that are said to grant good fortune. During this Full Moon we have Mars in Cancer conjunct Mercury and the North Node opposing Saturn and the South Node as well as Pluto in Capricorn. Well What does it all mean? Whats the truth Jupiter might ask? Mars in Cancer is not in a happy place as he is a go-getter, wants to see quick results and have his sword ready but not in pussycat sign Cancer haha.. while Saturn in Capricorn takes his/her time, looks at long term goals and is surely not in a rush. Mars in Cancer might internalise, contain his rage, his core rage that cannot be expressed courageously in the watery realm of the crab. Mars needs to express himself, otherwise he ends up bloated, with stomach upsets or might store too much negative self talk (with Mercury conjunct) in any body cavities. Jupiter rules the liver and anger gets stored right there Let us be aware of our language and possible sharp words that could come up and out and that we later regret. Cancer can be very regretful. Better to be still, walk away and find some creative outlet for any frustration that might show up. With North Node in Cancer we need to be more self-responsible and act on our greatest good and the greatest good for all! The energies of the Nodes could bring up parental themes and early conditioning asking us to walk our own beauty way, the path that is aligned with our essence so that we can shine our light into the world. With Cancer and Capricorn a metaphor could be How do we mother matter? The great Void at the Galactic Centre is a beautiful symbolism for me to allow this timeless space where I know myself as my essence and the essence within and without The All. With the South Node in Capricorn let us let go of fear and allow the divine mothers abundance into our lives and live a life following our greatest excitement, to the best of our abilities and with no insistence on the outcome. 08.01.2022 APRIL 5TH NEW MOON IN ARIES NEW MOON IN ARIES AND MERCURY CONJUNCT NEPTUNE IN PISCES OPTIMISTIC WITH A MISTY OPTIC? New Moons are about beginnings. We are ...planting seeds and feeling excited and in tune with nature. We are innocently stepping out into the world. This New Moon in Aries brings a newness, an aliveness and a yearning to innocently create, to kick and scream just to know that we are alive; Particularly after this Mercury retrograde in Pisces with its many endings, deep reflections and fuck ups of all kinds. Mercury is still very close to Neptune in the symbol of the Fish. Pisces connects us with the Divine, where we feel at one with the thing-ness and no-thing-ness. Goddess Venus changed signs and has been merging with Neptune and Mercury. Venus is graceful, she holds space and creates a container for our deeply held emotions that we might have been feeling over the last freeeeeaaaakin 8 weeks or so of Mercury transiting through Pisces when the fleet footed messenger started his psychopompic retrograde motion shaking hands with Chiron. 07.01.2022 The last 4 day’s we have been immersed by the colour, scent and energy vibrations of Aura-Soma on level 1 which has been another transformation for me. Jack and I are going to start a new morning routine which is practiced world wide by people whom use and teach aura soma, it is involves sharing a pomander, dedication of lighting the candle and meditation. This morning we dedicated the candle to love to all beings seen and unseen, with the use of the pink pomander which brings in the energies of unconditional love and mini meditation for a little one.

05.01.2022 2nd JULY, NEW MOON IN CANCER & TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE, 4.55pm UTC (5.17am 3rd of July here in Australia) BIRTHING COURAGE THROUGH VULNERABILITY & BEING COURAGEOUSL...Y VULNERABLE This New Moon is in the sign of Cancer and therefore we have a double or better a triple whammy. The crabs ruler is the Lunar Goddess and the waters and energies are truly in motion urging to be acknowledged and gently released. Does this sound big enough news to you? It truly is a beautiful, very intense, emotional, truthful, vulnerable (if we have the courage), and heartfelt New Moon. During a Solar Eclipse the Sun and the Moon are conjunct. The New Moon occurs near the nodal axis aligning the Earth with the two luminaries (The Sun and the Moon). From the Earths vantage point the Moon obscures the light of the Sun, casting a shadow or umbra over a small portion of the Earth. Only from this surface point of the Earth the eclipse is visible. The Sun and the Moon at 11 degrees of Cancer will make a square aspect to Chiron, the constant reminder of our wound, our seeming separation. The wound belongs to the greater story of our fate. Are we willing and excited about filling the divine cracks with gold and silver and allow for deep inner growth and alignment of our Anima and Animus on this New Moon or are we still victim, alone instead of all-one? We are asked to re-member the severed parts where we castrated the bridge between matter and spirit through fears, parental conditioning, beliefs and perceptions that are not aligned with our essence. Mars and Mercury in the early degrees of Leo make a beautiful and healing Trine with Chiron in Aries. Do we have the courage to be vulnerable, to live our essence, to be the Fool that is cool with not knowing but follows his/her excitement no matter what others may say? This New Moon in Cancer is about the holotropic process of our conception, gestation and the holy birthing process through the birthing canal. We are undertaking the initiatory journey encouraged and pushed through surges and waves of energy, divine contractions. The Sun and the Moon are in a holy union; they are equal, mortal and divine, forming an alchemical connection. They are as strong as ever and mutually vulnerable, allowing, receiving, surrendering and sharing a love that can bear the pain and the greatest of beauty. 04.01.2022 Back to back clients all day in the honey shed and Daisy popped in for her turn as well. A little cranio sacral therapy for her was on the cards. Love seeing people transform with as a little as one or two sessions whom are now such much lighter and not weighed down by their past, and reports of loving life and feeling the best they have felt in years. This brings me so much gratitude and fulfillment in what I do and offer to the world and my local community.

03.01.2022 On the weekend I was lucky enough to travel to cygnet to attend a Permaculture and Beyond Course which incorporated Biodynamics. The Biodynamics was the main reason for deciding to participate in this course as I wanted to develop my knowledge, understanding and practical application of biodynamics. It was an amazing group of diverse and beautiful people with so much knowledge, wisdom variety of experiences. I have come away refreshed, enthusiastic, motivated and driven to implement my new knowledge. Today I built a pit ready for me to make a biodynamic cow pat pitt.
