Lamb backstrap is cooked with garam masala, pepper berry and onion, and served with "Aloo Chaat" crispy potatoes, a pea mash with coriander and cumin, lamb gravy, milk buns and pickles. There's an optional Bread & Butter Pudding dessert add-on too. For Father’s Day only, Nabil has also put together a sweet box, known as Mithai, filled with gulab jamun with strawberry gum syrup and traditional sweets with native Australian lemon myrtle and Davidson plum.
