06.01.2022 I received a text last night from a student who turns up to class every week (even one recently with a hang over!), we don't do anything outrageous or difficult in class, easy loving movements and breath work but he gets on the mat every week. Last night he text how 'calm, super settled and focused' he was feeling and that even one of his clients commented how chilled he was! Letting the yoga flow all you have to do is show up! New class times to chose from now, sunrise classes start soon! Hope to see you smiling on the mat
