23.01.2022 Imagine that you are sitting with your builder signing contracts, you ask a question about the contract and get an answer that doesn’t answer your question. You get a strange feeling that you cant put your finger on.. I was having a conversation with a couple about when they built their home and I was shocked to find out how little they were informed about the contract they were signing, now we are talking about a $750,000 build, so not a small contract to be signing. As a ...matter of course they had some issues during the build that could easily have been resolved if everyone knew what was in the contract and how to follow it. The builder was so used to doing things their way that left this couple with a bad taste in their mouths, one thing that was so simple was wardrobe doors being put in as swinging doors instead of sliding doors as per contract. What would you say to this?? See more
