23.01.2022 Listening, I’ve learned a great deal from listening. Listening to the soundscapes, to what someone has to say or what comes from within. It is all so important. I love to listen and I know how much this is valuable for any form of relationships. ... When you let the other person express what they need to say and creating a safe space for them is always a delight. Without any conditions and preconceived ideas of what you want to hear. Not only are they healing but I am learning. I’m learning how to engage without words and hold that space for them. When I’m listening to the soundscapes, I’m being mindful and it is a form of meditation. The more that I tune in the more I hear. The more I noticed the symphony of nature and the curators that so masterfully create this noise. I am so grateful for this. I strongly believe that mindfulness comes from being able to focus on the gaps and being open to what you hear in those moments. As I said this can be from within as much as it can be from the surrounding. Have you ever noticed the difference when you actively listen? What do you hear? The line 3 is my conscious personality as I know it and when you’re a 3 you’re an experiential learner who has to experience, experiment and F*** up to uncover the gold!! 12.01.2022 The New Paradigm: should you be afraid? Well that all depends on wether you’re holding on tight to the past or sitting in all this uncertainty awaiting the Phoenix. The New Paradigm is a subject in Human Design that can be challenging to get much information on and like you, for a long time I have wondered what it all means, what is true and what is just one person’s opinion.... To begin with we need to understand where we are right now in 2020, 7 years out from this mysterious New Paradigm, living in the depths of chaos and uncertainty. We are at the end of a 400 year era, each era we live through has an Incarnation Cross all of it’s own that represents the ‘job’ of the era, it’s the purpose of the era let’s say, currently we are living under the Cross of Planning and everything that has been built is now transforming, the illusion is that it’s falling apart but the truth is it’s changing, we’re upgrading. The next 7 years are a time where the old institutions must fall apart, not completely but they must pivot to serve a changing world and humanity, no longer will we be told who we are, what to think and what we must consume, we are moving to a time where the individual has a voice that matters and these institutions must listen and evolve or die as people will no longer stand for this dictatorial and manipulative way. Firstly no longer resist the chaos, know that all this uncomfortable uncertainty is bringing us to where we need to be, get used to feeling uncomfortable and using your voice, focus your energy on growth not blame and know you have everything you need to do your part. Next, stop contributing to the chaos, you know what I’m talking about! Stop doing, saying and being the small version of you that operates from fear and insecurity and step into your higher self that sees possibility, opportunity and the love of this Universe we’re a part of. 09.01.2022 Shed the COVID kgs with HD So if you’re in my FB group you’ll know that I’m running a Vitality experiment to increase my energy, fitness and wellbeing and reduce the extra winter and COVID padding. In the past I have been super active, always at the gym doing HIIT, strength and cardio and honestly although I didn’t always love it at the time I did love the way it made me feel in my own skin, which is my ultimate goal, to feel great in my own skin.... As always I am all about making things easier, do less, receive more, perfect for HD as this is ultimately the underlying Principle to minismise resistance and increase flow, so why not make it easier for myself in fitness and health as well? 04.01.2022 Flow: A Practice Not a Destination The Question I ask myself often lately is What does freedom mean now? As life is changing so fast I am conscious to keep checking in with myself to make sure I am creating from my soul, not my mind, freedom is one of my highest values so I want to make sure I am connected to what that means for me at an energetic and soul level.... The answer that keeps coming up is flow, freedom means flow, the freedom to flow with my energy, to create easily and to have space to be in and enjoy the now. So if freedom means flow for me then how do I create more flow? To begin with I realised that like meditation, flow is a practice, the ability to let go of my thinking, my have to’s, my lists, and be in my body so I can experience my energy IN MY BODY not just a thought sense of my energy. The next is to balance my future self work and trusting the universe to fill in the blanks, to bring life experiences to me that are far better than I can think up. I invite you to practice a felt sense of your energy, instead of thinking it, FEEL it without judgement, expectation or interference. We all deserve freedom, wellbeing, love and abundance and truth is it’s much easier to receive if we allow ourselves to flow. Let me know in the comments below what freedom feels like for you! The Sun is our doing, our gifts, what others want from us, our outer authority and the most energetically influential planet(sun) in our Design however there is a rule that must be followed in order to really step into the full potential of this gate in your Design. You must first honour your Earth Gate because without this grounding the ability to fully be your potential is lost. To really know your full potential you must learn to honour your Earth Gate first and then let your light shine as bright as you can!! Find your balance with your Sun and Earth and you will know your potential.
