23.01.2022 That was a battle. As an AMRAP the amount of burpees is set, the only variable is how much work you do either side of the burpees, and thats up to you. Had to really will my body to keep moving, stay at the bar and get another rep. My score = 140.



23.01.2022 Not much time for a workout today so grabbed the kettlebell and just smashed this one out. My score = 54 reps.

22.01.2022 I like Thrusters always a good fitness reality check! Todays workout you need to pace the first 5 rounds. Don't be a hero and try go unbroken in the Thrusters, it will come back and hurt you! Breath, short rests and keep going. My time was 18:22.

21.01.2022 Lunch. Broccoli + Ancient Grains + Cherry Tomatoes + Smoked Tuna



18.01.2022 Went strict for todays WOD which slowed the workout down a bit but was a good challenge. Have to have a good game plan on the hspu, don't rush back into the next set and avoid going to failure. My time was 19:35.

16.01.2022 This workout tested my shoulder endurance. Tried staying unbroken but got tough. My time 17:19

16.01.2022 Todays workout I enjoyed this one, HSPU got tougher each round but stayed unbroken. Still working on my Strict strength, no kipping allowed. My time = 22:21.



14.01.2022 Tuesdays at home workout. Burpees with vest is good fun! Not much time so straight into this one. My score was 5 rounds + 6 reps.

11.01.2022 Completed yesterdays WOD this morning as I'll go for a run this afternoon (if my legs let me). TTB into strict pull ups tested the grip strength. Paced and focused on consistent sets. My score was 4 + 21 reps.

09.01.2022 Tabtata is a great high intensity work, simple and effective. Tried to maintain reps across each 8 rounds, was tough on the C&J! My score = 35+72+48.

09.01.2022 I enjoyed that one. Unilateral work always an important part of the program to work on balance. My time was 10:49.

09.01.2022 Todays at home workout. Nothing too complex. Short and sweet. My time = 11:02.



08.01.2022 This is just what I needed to start today. Nothing complex, just a good grind. Was able to move through well and felt good throughout. My score was a slow 6 rounds + 4 TTB.

03.01.2022 Good challenge to finish off the week! The 5 min caps push the tempo and encourage you to hold on for big sets to earn that rest! My times were 3:55, 4:05 & 4:38.

03.01.2022 Modified todays workout due to lack of time plus will run 5km later. Descending rep workouts are a great mental challenge. Big numbers up first but it finish quickly. Focus on one round at a time! My time was 19:30.

02.01.2022 Mondays workout done. The 2 min rest adds another element to this workout. Brings the intensity up a notch as you work harder each round to earn the rest time. My time = 16:47.

01.01.2022 Short and sweet workout at home. Threw on the vest as well Good sweat and feel good my score was 3 + 58 reps.
