02.06.2022 Hello 2020, I love you already. Starting my year doing what makes me feel truly AMAZING within me. I had the thoughts of I 'should' be out partying because 'everyone else it' but I know deep down what truly makes me feel alive is NOT wiping myself out with alcohol & instead meditating, journalling, walking in nature, having deep convos with close friends etc ... so this is what I have done! :) - I'm not saying drinking is bad, I do enjoy the occasional drink (I had a cheeky... glass of wine at the event I was working at, at midnight) but I do know that I connect deeper to me and those around me when I'm not drinking. Playing by my rules this year, and paradoxically that also means letting go of some of the rules I have made about myself

21.05.2022 As the end of 2019 approaches, it's such a great time to reflect. A key thing I learnt in 2019 is authenticity, being true to me. My question for you is - Were you true to you?... Were you doing what truly made you happy, or doing it because you 'should' be doing it? Were you speaking what you believe or staying quiet to fit in the crowd? Were you being courageous following what your heart wanted, or were you listening to the 'safe voice' but deep down knowing it's not what you truly want? It's all a journey and there are always more layers to uncover. I am so grateful I get to be there helping women discover their power and step into their authentic self.
