14.01.2022 Updated COVID-19 response - effective Monday 3rd August, 2020 Please read and observe the following important information: Face Mask policy:... All staff and patients within our practice will be required to wear a surgical mask or other suitable covering of the mouth and nose. You will be required to provide your own face mask or we have disposable face masks available for purchase at $2 per mask, however we strongly encourage you to bring your own mask with you. Unfortunately we will be unable to treat any patient that does not comply with our face mask requirement. Temperature checks: We will continue to check staff and patient’s temperatures in our practice using contactless thermometers to ensure that persons with a temperature of 37.5 or above do not enter our practice. No Visitor Policy In order to adhere to strict physical distancing requirements, we have implemented a temporary no-visitor policy to ensure that only patients requiring our clinical care are within our practice. Patients under the age of 18 years may have ONE parent/adult guardian accompany them. Unfortunately we are unable to allow children who are not a patient (including siblings) to enter the practice. If you are unable to arrange alternate care for your child who is not a patient, we are happy to reschedule your appointment to another time when you are able to secure child care arrangements. Thank you for your understanding and patience in ensuring a COVID safe environment for all patients and staff.

We are following covid-safe practices with added hygiene procedures in place. Please do not visit us if you’re unwell, our specialists will also not attend work if they’re unwell.
