24.01.2022 ATTENTION To all our valued patients and clients! Although medical services are allowed to stay open, we have made the decision to modify our hours, as follows:... Thursday 19th: Closed Friday 20th: Open from 9am - 5pm for ‘needed’ appointments and patients only! Saturday 21st: Closed Monday 23rd: Closed Tuesday 24th: Open as per normal with ongoing hygiene and social distancing requirements (see below). Until Wednesday 25th or further notice: * No pilates, hydro or gym membership patients. * Patients MUST wear (and provide their own) face masks. * Physios and admin are to wear masks. * Gloves are to be worn by Physios when treating. Social distancing and cleaning restrictions/infection control measures will continue as normal. Thank you for your understanding at this difficult time. If you have an appointment over the next few days we will contact you to reschedule. Regards and stay safe, Management

24.01.2022 Competition update!!!! Still no winner for our guess the feet competition. Therefore, we will give 2 clues!!!! 1- Nobody has guessed even a single set of feet correct (no mention of their names at all).... 2- White thongs belong to an admin staff member, while the black thongs belong to a physiotherapist! Same rules still apply! Only 1 guess per participant! Good luck

22.01.2022 Our physios are always participating in further development courses to keep up to date with the latest injury management and treatments. Last weekend Jason and Rachel attended the Australian Physiotherapy Association symposium

21.01.2022 COVID-19 Update Due to the directive from SA Health, as of Tuesday December 1st, all patients and clients entering the clinic MUST be wearing a disposable mask! If you do not have one, we can provide you one for a small fee of $2. As we do not have unlimited supply of disposable face masks, we do encourage patients and clients to wear their own. Unfortunately cloth masks have been deemed ‘insufficient’ for health care settings!... We will also be asking all family members that attend with patients to record their attendance with our admin staff. This again is a directive from SA Health. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding at this time!

However, due to the hard '6 Day circuit breaker' restrictions, we will now remain closed and will hopefully re-open on Wednesday 25th November!... We apologise for any inconvenience. In the meantime, stay safe and there is no excuses for not getting your home exercises done Regards, Management
