23.01.2022 These cushions were the same colour when I bought them. I know I swear they looked clean and white on my couch! 23.01.2022 Give that toilet a quick and easy clean. It’s not a popular job, but it’s gotta be done! This jar of citric acid and bicarb will do the trick (ratio is about 70/30). It doesn’t take long, and it doesn’t require much effort, or use harsh ingredients. Simply throw the mixture into your toilet bowl, swirl it around with a brush, and leave it for 10-15 min. Then scrub and marvel at how clean and easy it was! ... It gets rids of all that mucky hard water build up and staining (and this jar actually got me through 2x)! Who’s using this method already? 22.01.2022 Oil cleansing - have you tried it? Thoughts? It’s my favourite way to ‘wash’ my face at the end of the day, remove make-up and moisturise - all at the same time. Fancy trying it? Simply massage oil on your face (olive is one of my favourites!) and wipe it off with a warm/hot wet face washer. Easy peasy

Good news, I've got one for you - AND, it doubles as dessert Simply combine a thick slice of banana, 1 tsp honey and 1/2 tsp yoghurt in a bowl, apply to face, wait 10 min or so and rinse (or lick it) off! 18.01.2022 Magnesium oil is something you can make in a bigger batch, pop in a jar in your bathroom cupboard, and top up as your spray bottle runs out. Who does this? If you’re not already aware of the awesomeness of magnesium, then hold on to your ! It’s great for boosting energy, stress reduction, aches and pains, restless legs - the list goes on. I used to slump in the afternoon but since I started using magnesium, that is basically non-existent ... To make your own, simply mix together equal parts magnesium chloride flakes (different to Epsom salt) and hot water. The magnesium will dissolve, and it can be used in a spray bottle for easy application. Essential oils are an optional addition (I lemon and lavender). It’s also known as oxygen bleach (the powdered form) and is an effective disinfectant and household cleaning ingredient, brightening clothes and removing stains. It is most effective when combined with warm/hot water. Sodium percarbonate breaks down into oxygen, water and soda ash, making it an eco-friendly, powerful, ingredient to use around the house. ... I’ve had brilliant results using SP to remove stains and brighten whites. Bite-sized changes are more achievable and sustainable. Pick a starting point and nail it before tackling something else. Why not start by ditching fragrance? 03.01.2022 I’ve been reading a lot about bananas recently. Has anyone used skin on their skin and what are your thoughts? Tell me! Apparently they’re good for soothing irritation (including pimples), nourishing and hydrating skin, and encouraging cell regeneration. I’ve been trialling them on my face before bed this past week - I’ll let you know the verdict soon
