According to the EWG ( environmental working Group), the average woman applies 10-12 skincare products to her skin daily with approximately 168 chemicals These chemicals are absorbed through our skin and into our bodies. There is now a lot of scientific evidence to link many of these chemicals to an array of health issues.... So have you ever been curious why there are no health warnings on our personal care products? Why are they not cautioning that this product has been linked to - chronic disease, allergies, autoimmunity, cancer, thyroid disruption, reproductive toxicity, affecting brain health and so many more health concerns. Maybe one day this will happen ( like the graphic warnings on the front of cigarette packets), but probably not. Seems like some really good reasons to go natural, don’t you agree ?

11.01.2022 Great tip for anyone that may have experienced the magnesium sting! Whilst the supplementation of magnesium through the skin can be hugely beneficial for aches, pains, fatigue, sleep, digestion and over 300 other symptoms, it can cause discomfort to some. A great way to combat this is to add a few sprays into your body oil or moisturiser as you are applying it. I can confirm, it works!

08.01.2022 We recently gave this Calm roller bottle as a teachers birthday gift. She caught up with me the other day to relay her thoughts.......Omg,omg!! This is a- mazing! Were her words, I cannot get enough of this smell. Every time I have a tricky moment during the day, I roll it on and smell it, it instantly calms me down. It is a year 1and 2 class, chances are she could run out fairly quickly! It is sooo good to get this feedback, do you know anyone that could use a little calming down?

04.01.2022 Do you want to smell delicious? This is the best word I could think of to describe our new release Mystic body oil. It has a lovely sweet yet earthy scent that I personally can’t get enough of, I am currently using it before bed AND after my shower in the morning because it is THAT good!
