21.01.2022 Today I wanted to talk about a content strategy that's been working for me over the past few months. I record my content ideas in ClickUp - ALL OF THEM I have a project called blog and I try to link each idea to one of the services I offer in my business.... That's not to say it's going to be a salesy blog post (they very rarely are) but it helps me tie things into my business, better. I also have stages for the blog creation process: Ideas - in their infancy Confirmed ideas - there's enough for me to start doing some real research - this is when I'll allocate them a date in my blog schedule, too Researched/drafted - speaks for itself! The other thing I do with my content ideas in ClickUp is to keep the title of the tasks really simple which keeps my mind open to different interpretations. 09.01.2022 I was so flattered to have received this feedback from a project I worked on with Little Green Duck I just had to share it with you all. "Lizzi is legendary! I'm trying to grow my business and with only 4 hours available in each working day due to COVID-19 and 2 young children at home, my workload was seriously stressing me out. The person who should care is the person who is providing you with the service. 03.01.2022 This year I've challenged myself to get fit Not to lose weight (although that would be a bonus) but get fit and healthy. I'm not ashamed to say that when I did that first burpee I felt apprehensive, and worried that I'd wasted yet more money on my fitness journey. But here's what happened after the first month.... I realised: I could do 10 pushups! I loved burpees I hate mountain climbers! Now, after 9 months, I'm so much fitter. I can still only do 10 pushups (I've definitely got an issue there) but I can go close to 2 minutes non-stop doing burpees and can hold an elbow plank for a whole minute... (after a 30 minute workout). So if you're going through a time of change (good change, bad change, totally not sure change) and it feels uncomfortable... Keep pushing because on the other side... is something really good.
