This weekends special: Winner of World best sausage, the Pork Truffle and Provolone cheese sausage made by my friend Adam Stratton from Tender Gourmet Butchery Macquarie ... I will be smoking these to add an extra layer of flavour topped with truffle cheese sauce or sauce of your choiceof sauce topped with a few potato gems and onion rings in a brioche bun.
