24.01.2022 Have you made any recipes with quinoa before? We would love to hear about how they went. We currently stock three types of quinoa grain as well as quinoa flour and flakes. The Cafe has been using quinoa to make our delicious sandwiches. Not sure what quinoa is? Quinoa is considered to be almost a complete food, quinoa is high in protein and full of vitamins. It is gluten free, cholesterol-free and easy to digest. Native to the Andes, it was a staple for the Incas and is still a staple for the local people today.

14.01.2022 Israeli Pearl Couscous is a very versatile pasta uniquely toasted in an open flame oven, which allows it to absorb liquids while remaining al-dente. It makes a perfect side dish to meat, poultry or fish. It is also delicious as a main course mixed with vegetables, with your favourite pasta sauce or even as a cold pasta salad.

"Dear Ladies, My sister June and niece Linda had invited me to afternoon tea for Tuesday, 3rd February, to be held at "Alfresco Emporium".
