22.01.2022 Disappointment. It's a fuckin killer. For those of you who know me well, I've had an on again off again rollercoaster with this emotion. So what happens when you get to be the trigger for others' disappointment when you know it so well yourself?? ... It holds you back. It blocks your progress. It unfortunately brings back all of those horrible let-downs that have haunted your past. All for a revisit. Just to see if you're still feeling it. And let me tell you... I can feel it. Not as intensely as it used to be though. The emotion is there but I now have the capacity and strength to move through it and delve under it. Disappointment can't control me any more. That is the power of working with your feelings, of allowing yourself to go there, into the emotion and stay there for a little while. It's a process, that I know - like dipping your toe into the water before you are submerged. One step at a time, not letting it engulf you or take over but a learning of acceptance and familiarity. Getting comfy in the uncomfortable, so to speak. Until it no longer has its grip on you and you still feel empowered enough to stand in the emotion without losing yourself. This has been my relationship with disappointment. It's been a long road and one of so much learning (continual learning) but is taught me such a valuable lesson. We can't fight our emotions. This creates distance, discontent or dis-ease within our bodies and our minds. Emotions aka 'feelings' are part of the human experience that we all signed up for in this life time, this incarnation, and if we allow ourselves to work WITH our flow of emotions then we can learn so much about ourselves, empowering our inner world on the way. We are human. That includes ALL the feelings as well as the physicality of our bodies along with our mental state. It's all part and parcel of this wonderful thing called LIFE Much love, Lee xx

14.01.2022 Thank you to all of our beautiful clients for all of your support this year, especially with the uncertainty and continual changes we've been experiencing. You have opened us up to the wonderful world of technology by trusting us to hold space via Zoom amongst other alternatives. 11.01.2022 This time last year I was very focused and disciplined. Each day I had some practises, rituals if you like, that help to ground and set me up for the day. Of late I’ve found some of these have dropped off. I’ve been feeling less connected and wondered what had changed. This morning I meditated, something I used to do daily, and received the message of ‘more’. More of everything is needed right now. To get back to my daily rituals, to tune into what my soul yearns for daily a...nd to take the guided action when it appears. This made me realise all of the things I haven’t been doing to honour myself and my needs. To be grounded, to be connected and to take guided action to gain what it is my heart and soul desire and need. So today is a turning point, to make space and time for all of the daily rituals that allow my heart to sing and provide space for all of the wonderful things to come in our world.
