Having Google searched, read reviews, ringing up and talking to real estate agents, we were so fortunate to have found Bourkes’ James Thompson and his Team. From the first phone call to the call within minutes after our property had settled, it was professionalism at its very best.... From day one, we found the options we were given due to our special requirements suited us right. The guidance and timing of the phases of our sales strategies as we progressed were perfect. We were able to make decisions based on our circumstances and James’ advice. He was dynamic and supportive and we never felt pressured. His advice on what to expect from the market helped us see clearly. His assistance with ancillary matters like arranging for our property to be cleaned within hours of our tenant moving out, talking directly to our finance broker, strata manager, settlement agent, etc. made the process so much less stressful for us. We recently sold our beloved home with James and could not be happier with both the final outcome and overall experience, summarised below. We had decided to use James after meeting him some years earlier at another home open. His professionalism and ability to really engage with us as buyers was exactly what you would want as a seller. Other than deciding to sell in the first place, using James was the best decision we made in the selling process. The selling journey - James was fantastic throughout the whole process. He actively listened to our goals and provided valuable insights into the overall property market as well as a detailed understanding of Como and surrounds.
