18.01.2022 The Jeetho Hall came alive on Saturday night to Celebrate George’s 50th Birthday. A fabulous night was had by all.

03.01.2022 Following the recent polling conducted by the Korumburra Historical Society Jeetho Hall was very proud to receive the honour of the most popular ‘Historical Wonder of Korumburra and District’ The Jeetho Hall’s history is very significant to South Gippsland, as it was purpose built in 1892 to become the first Shire Offices of our district. In 1907 when the shire relocated to Korumburra the Jeetho citizens fought hard to retain their hall and many local families paid a debentur...e to purchase it. Today the only thing that suggests a town once thrived here is the Jeetho Hall, still owned by the small community surrounding it. It has had many lives, including renovations to maintain the heritage 1890s design features, and is currently enjoying a new resurgence as a wedding venue, as well as a unique setting for that special occassion, putting the small hamlet of Jeetho back on map. 03.01.2022 The Jeetho Hall Committee decided that regular BBQ’s would be a lovely way to keep our small community in touch, so save the date . Saturday January 25th at 6.00 Just bring along your meat with a salad and small sweet to share. The barby will be hot and the tea and coffee will be on.... We hope to make these a regular get together so come along and enjoy your beautiful Jeetho Hall, and bring some friends if you want to.
