24.01.2022 I am forever feeling Grateful. I am grateful that I do that this is my job. Grateful that I work with such amazing clients. Grateful that I play an active role in helping so many people in this world. 14.01.2022 I live my life by the belief that in every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed of an equal or greater benefit those words spoken by the late and great Napoleon Hill. This time last year, I went all out & launched Unleash You 19. It was a hybrid Youth Day & Careers Expo. It was an idea I had to give teens access to life changing experiences to enable them with the tools they needed.... I called my entrepreneur friends to come down & speak at the event. We hired amazing food trucks & secured awesome PR. I invested everything I had into this one day. It was going to be amazing. But you know what? It completely flopped. We expected 4,000 people to turn up, in reality, we had less than 500 people turn up. Stallholders were upset, most asking for their money back. Some people even left vicious comments on my Instagram calling my event #fyrefestival2.0 Did it ruin me completely? No. If I didn’t hold the belief that in every failure, carries with a greater or equal benefit, I would still be devastated to this day. The benefits of this so-called failure of an event still keep on coming, one year later. Don’t let the fear of not trying something hold you back, but instead think if I fail, what benefit could come from this?
