24.01.2022 The Jindi Caf has been very busy the last month or so. We are back in Stage 3 restrictions still so back to take-away only again and unfortunately had to close the dine-in restaurant and outside area. We are still offering our take away meals just ring on 03 5628 5227 and we can organise a pick up for you. The shop and café property has been sold with new people moving in soon. We have taken the opportunity during this time to organise our relocation of The Jindi Caf. We ask...ed Floyd Gomes (Atticus Health Jindivick) and his lovely wife Nathalie if we would be able to relocate across the road to Jack’s Barn and luckily they said yes so we have been busy fixing up the barn and packing ready to move. We are able to keep the Post Office, Papers, Gas Bottles, Milk etc and will just be relocating The Jindi Caf' to the Barn. We are still under The Jindi Caf name and everything will still be the same. We will be officially open there on the 1st September with limited services at the Caf on Monday 31st August 2020. We would also like to take this opportunity to welcome Atticus Health Jindivick to the community with them opening on Monday 24th August and it will be lovely to have our own medical clinic for local people. We look forward to seeing you in our new location from 1st September 2020. Hopefully when the restrictions ease we will be able to have a proper opening. Thank you to everyone for your support. 22.01.2022 Grand Final Weekend opening hours. We will be open normal hours on Friday 27th September and will be open on Saturday 28th September (Grand Final Day) from 8am to 12pm then Sunday as normal. We wish both teams the best of luck in the Grand Final.

18.01.2022 UPDATE We are working on our menu for takeaway meals and will post ASAP. We have been busy organising the kitchen etc ready to setup for takeaway. The dine in area is closed for now and we are unable to let people have takeaway at the outside tables due to restrictions but we will still do our meals takeaway for you.... Stay tuned. ****************************** Hi everyone. Just a quick update from The Jindi Caf. We are open our normal hours and we are taking every precaution with our cleanliness as always. Please be patient with us as we are operating on minimal staff. We have had to make a few decisions in regards to how to best combat the spaces we have. We have decided to operate as normal during the day however, we will currently only be open for take-away on Friday and Saturday nights. We will be unable to make coffees in re-useable cups.We will be making sure everyone is keep the correct distances with tables and we have the option of outside eating if you wish in our beautiful garden area or take-away meals. 17.01.2022 The Jindi Caf would like to wish all the mothers out there a very happy Mothers Day for tomorrow. We know how hard it is for all the mothers out there that cannot spend time with their family on this day. Why not order a meal for Mum to come and pick up from The Jindi Caf for tomorrow. 17.01.2022 With The new COVID-19 directions that have come into force today we ask that everyone could please be understanding that we will be asking for information to be able check addresses and where you are from as per the new regulations. If you are from Stage 4 you will only be able to get take away to take away and will be unable to sit inside or outside. We would ask that everyone please understand we must follow these rules or risk a $10,000 fine which would completely shut us ...down. We also can only serve people if they are wearing the appropriate mask and ask if you have an exemption could you please bring proof with you so that we are able to serve you. Please understand that the management and staff must follow these regulations to be able to stay open we would ask that you please respect the staff members that have to ask the hard questions. Our Easter Trading Hours will be as follows: Good Friday - Closed Saturday Open from 8am to 8.00pm... Sunday Open from 8am to 4pm Monday Open from 8am to 4pm. We will have our Takeaway Roast Pork and Lamb available on Sunday (Please ring in advance if you would like fresh Golden Syrup Dumplings with your Roast) and our Takeaway/Dine at Home menu available on all days. We also have all our usual cakes, desserts and slices available to take home with your meal.
