23.01.2022 Practicing gratitude literally changed my life. I got a Gratitude Tree printout from Big Life Journal some time ago. Pasted it on black cardboard, coloured some leaves in pencil (colouring therapy ) and then cut them out.... Write down on a leaf something you are grateful for a put it on the tree (we used blutack). Maybe ask visitors if they would like to contribute, people will also love reading your leaves. You could really draw and cut out your own tree and leaves. ' .
