21.01.2022 UPDATE!! Hey my beautiful tribe first of all let me start by saying THANK YOU so much for your support this year. You are all AMAZING!! Unfortunately I have some bad news. The hall is not going to be available until the end of November. . Because of this I have decided I am going to take some time off for now. With everything going on this year I have decided I need to do some self care before I can give you guys the classes you deserve. I will be working on my own pe...rsonal health and fitness goals as well as just taking a break from social media. . We may have some pop up classes along the way with a big re launch next year !! I have decided to take the next two weeks off and take the kids up to see my folks for a bit.
