09.01.2022 Powerful and beautiful Women gathered last weekend at High Spirits Retreat for learning the art of Heartworks Lomi Lomi. The heart overflows when we felt into the magical energy exchange of giving and receiving with our aloha hands energised by our heart breath. I witnessed these beautiful humans fiercely devoted to making the world a more loving place and many Lomi Lomi's have been given since course to lucky receivers. High vibes felt by witnessing the shifts in someone a...fter receiving will always feel new. Speaking of devotion, I honour the time, effort, knowing and relentless energy it took for everyone to organise family, jobs, house etc to do a time out for self-care, growth and development. It takes a devoted warrior to make this happen and you all did! Thank you for the blessings you all give me by showing up for yourselves and allowing me to hold space for you to sprinkle aloha out into the world. Always deep gratitude for the ever powerful Gubbi Gubbi people and country that holds us to do the heart work. We kissed the earth with every step.
