But you might be surprised to find out that most fitness establishments today do not program for you.... most fitness programs and sessiosn are programmed by someone that has never met you, spoken to you or even seen you. Sessions are mostly designed to "fit a format", "fit a TV screen", "make it easy for a low-skilled trainer/employee to safely roll out" or to "fit a room".... They ar rarely programmed with YOU in mind...after having listened to, spoken to or observed you in action. At Karmony we pride ourselves on our programming and getting to know our clients....designing sessions that suit them and progress them forward each and every week.
