21.01.2022 Pretty excited and proud to share this project! It was an interesting couple of days with weather pitted against us but damnnn did we come through with the goods. This one of a couple videos for this talented legend Paddock 2 Pixel’s Australian Dairy recipe book! Couldn’t of done this project without the also legendary Tim Hollands - Tims Food Journey ... Thank you Peninsula Nomads for the amazing glamping tent . So watch and drool over some delicious Australian Camembert cheese!
20.01.2022 Another RUOK post. It’s amazing we have a day to help remind us and bring awareness to our own and each other’s mental health. However sadness, depression, anxiety etc does not really take annual days off. Oh it does come and go but for some it may linger longer than desired. Here’s some hot tips I try to remind myself of. ... 1. Don’t take things too personally. How someone is reacting initially may not be even about you. Everyone is complicated and got their own shit going on. 2. Give respect to the lows. I do believe there is something of the likes of toxic positivity and instagram/socials is fkn full of it... Acknowledge and be aware of the low, do what you need to do and make steps to moving on. Gotta respect lows to enjoy and ride the highs. 3. BE FKN BRAVE! Shit gets soooooo tough, I’ll be the first to say it. Pressures of society, family, friendships and pressure you put on yourself. Be brave enough to ask how some one is going even though you don’t have the answers. You don’t need to provide counsel, just an open mind and ear. BE BRAVE when someone asks you how you are really going? Start off with Actually today I don’t feel like myself. Because every day you’re gunna feel different that’s fosure. From there you may feel more comfortable in opening up and do it at your pace. You got this. This doesn’t need to be everyday. But if we can do it more often than once a year, then as a group we are all winning! Big love everyone.
