24.01.2022 #protip working on mobility and flexibility is great. But don't forget how important an actual warm up is in improving flexibility and mobility over time. Too many people spend far too much time stretching and trying to increase mobility around a joint in a cold state, try doing your exact same stretching and mobility session after your workout as opposed to before. You'll be astonished as to how much more benefits you will receive when your body is warm as opposed to cold.
