18.01.2022 Now under new ownership and management, The Kentish Tasmania located in the heart of the Oatlands village is being redeveloped. Initially constructed in the early 1800s, the historic venue is looking to create a warm and relaxed space that will eventually incorporate on-site accommodation, bistro, bar, craft brewery and wood fired oven. The generosity of spirit and old-world charm nurtures all that will be The Kentish. We need someone with the skills and experience who wants... to create a good pub fare menu from world-renowned locally sourced Tassie produce as well as our own kitchen garden. From today we will be trialing new opening times and revised menu for takeaway trading from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm - Wednesday through to Sunday. We will be following the guidelines that have been set out for us by the Australian Government.
