20.01.2022 There was a bit going on in Kergunyah Central early this morning. A storm front went through and at 4.45am ish, the town shook after a lightning strike to a tree 75m from the back door of the store.

15.01.2022 Does anyone know the background to the making of this video?

15.01.2022 Pat and Paul's Livestock Transport was hard at it today. First load was Lizzie's new black Alpacas from Gundowring to Mudgegonga. Second load was The Kergunyah ...Store's (TKS) Black Headed Dorper sheep from Mudgegonga to Kergunyah. This load included the new ram lamb "Pimple". Third load was TKS's Angus Friesian cross heifers, "Emma" and "Pebbles", from TKS to Quirk's down the road in Kergunyah. Fourth load was TKS's new Alpacas from Cogdell Lane Kergunyah to TKS. The Dorper's have come back pregnant with 3 ready to drop prior to Christmas and the other 4 will lamb in March. The TKS Alpaca pair "Al" and "Kerry" have been reunited with the Dorper flock after being acquired separately to the sheep and at different times from the same owner. Hopefully they will ensure no lamb losses due to foxes. Emma and Pebbles are down at Quirk's to make acquaintances with their Angus bull. You hear stories about Alpacas spitting, well we experienced it with Al today. The black Alpacas were literally like puppy dogs but Al gave us a whole lot of attitude. Unlike snakes running out of venom, Alpacas don't run out of foul smelling spit. We look forward to some new cute animal babies running around the place in the next year.
