22.01.2022 We are looking for a casual cafe all rounder to join our team! Someone who is reliable, trustworthy and can work under pressure. Be a good communicator with a friendly and engaging personality. You’re going to need to multi task, talk to customers, use the till, make coffees, make cold drinks, toast sandwiches, cleaning, food preparation and assist with light cooking. Our team spend most of the day on their feet and may be required to lift tables and chairs, restocking shel...ves, drink fridge etc. Barista experience/knowledge is desired but willing to train the right person. In addition to our already popular quiches we now include in house mixed vegetable and pumpkin, ricotta, spinach and pine nut!... As is or warmed up with a fresh garden salad! It’s a perfect light meal full of freshness and deliciousness
18.01.2022 IMPORTANT COVID UPDATE As of Monday the 23rd of November it will be mandatory for our business, The Keystone Cafe to check-in ALL dine in customers electronically. A QR code is the easiest way to do this. As we already have our QR CODE in place to check in that will still remain the same. For those customers that do not have a smart phone and were manually writing in our sign in book- that is now NO longer allowed. Come Monday we will have an iPad which allows customers wh...o can’t use a smartphone to then enter their contact details on a webform page that we will have set up. We also must appoint a COVID-19 Safe Hygiene Marshal at peak times, this person will be Ashley who is the head Barista. If you have trouble checking in or need to ask any questions please do not hesitate to speak to Ash or one of our staff members. Please note: it is outlined in our email from the NSW government WE MUST CHECK each customer’s phone screen to confirm their details have been recorded properly. We have had many customers note that they usually don’t need to show their check in at other hospitality venues on their travels- WE ask everyone to please respect the rules and regulations that we as a business must adhere to, we are doing the right thing so we ask for all our customers to do the same. We thankyou all for your patience and support throughout COVID-19. We understand it takes a little longer now to be able to dine out with the rules in place, we are all doing the very best we can.
