07.01.2022 Cinnamon bun cereal. I have been feeling overwhelmed the last few days so I took the morning off orders and created something. This is possibly the best/fattest thing I have ever done. If I ever owned a cafe this would defiantly be on the menu. #cinnamonscolls #cinnamonbuns #foodie

04.01.2022 Vegan Smores Cookie Recipe ~ INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup of melted nuttalex or coconut oil 1/2 cup of coconut sugar or brown sugar 1 tsp of flaxseed... 1/4 cup or cacao powder 3/4 cups of plain flour 1/2 tsp of bicarb soda Pinch of salt 2 tbsp of plant based milk. (If the mixture feels dry add q more tbsp) 1/4 cup of choc chips Vegan marshmallows (I used @mydandies) and @loving_earth Easter eggs METHOD ~ Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees. ~ Mix melted butter, sugar & flaxseed in a bowl. ~ Sift flour, cacao, salt & bicarb soda and add to the wet ingredients. ~ Add the milk and mix thoroughly. ~ Add the choc chips and mix. ~ Divide the mixture into 6 and press onto a baking sheet, keep the cookies separated so they have room to cook. ~ Press 3 marshmallows into the the top of the cookie dough ~ Bake for 15mins ~ Optional; add an Easter egg & salt flakes to the top when the cookie is still warm ~ Enjoy See more
