07.01.2022 Pane di casa is Italianword meaning "bread from home". The name already gave you the method of making this bread: just flour, a bit of fresh yeast, salt and water. That's it. No improver, no preservatives, no sugar, no oil, nothing else. It's like the breads that our beloved Mum used to make at home with love and passion. The key here is that you have to mix all the ingredients properly, rest the dough in approriate time and bake them in more than 1 hour at low temp.
