25.01.2022 Don’t wish this time away, savour each moment... it will not last! This is an opportunity to come back ‘home’ to ourselves, to connect with the humans & animals we live with, to do the things we’ve never had time for, to sit & reflect, to watch the breath arise and fall....... This too shall pass & when it does we can bliss out in our little yoga studio together Sending you all love & compassion. Eat some chocolate this weekend & savour every bite.... watch the... full moon rise, or experience the dawn, listen to a bird call with your eyes closed, connect with the small stuff; for it’s really the small stuff that IS the big stuff! 13.01.2022 Yoga changes Yoga returns Monday July 13th. There is a limit of 10 per class. Price has increased to $15. To book please TEXT message me 0417574237 (not via Facebook) your FULL name & MONDAY or WEDNESDAY. I will reply if you have a spot or are on the waiting list. - those on a waiting list will be notified if spots become available. Bookings will open 1 week before each class at 7pm & you will Knead to send messages of interest EACH week, I cannot offer a permanent... spot to anyone as that would be unfair to others. There will be a cancelation fee of $10 for less than 12 hours notice & a full fee of $15 for less than 2 hours notice. Please bring your own mat now - I have some available for purchase for $20 if you haven't got one. Please only enter the yoga room from 5.10pm onwards to allow for extra cleaning. There will be no head massages - so sorry!!! All of these 'rules' have been difficult for me to address as I don't consider myself to be a business woman but the restrictions left me with business savvy decisions to make to continue providing yoga to you all. If you have any ideas or suggestions please message me - I understand I will not be able to please everyone but I will try my best to be fair.
