22.01.2022 Hey gang / big thanks to everyone for bearing with us the last few days as we re-opened for dine ins, it’s been a case of trial & error and relearning the ropes but we’re getting there! We are stoked to announce that we will now be taking sittings for just coffee!! There will be a 30 minute allocation for coffee sittings & 1 hour for brunch/lunch. You’ll now see that we have a reception at our front door where one of our lovely staff will find you a table! See you all soon

From day one it’s been fundamental to us to support other local businesses & to create great relationships in the process. This week we’ve had the pleasure of hanging out with our mates at Redbrick to learn about the process and all the different steps it takes before the coffee even makes its way to our doorstep. We’ve worked with Redbrick from the day our doors have opened, they started in 2011 with the goal to bring a unique coffee experience to Canberra and they’ve sure done it. 13.01.2022 Happy 5th birthday to us! Throwing it back to day 1, where our owner Dan & wife Scarlett opened our doors with no announcement and just 4 staff. Looking back, it’s crazy how many things have changed, but our core values will always remain the same. 5 years ago we decided we didn’t just want to open a cafe, but we wanted to make a difference. We are beyond grateful for our loyal locals who have helped us not only survive a pandemic, but provide current employment for over 50 staff & given us the ability to make a difference; donating to more than 15 different local organisations and supporting all of the great 30+ local suppliers that we use, it’s the ‘made in watson’ way. So here’s to us! And more importantly here’s to you. What’s been the highlight for you in our 5 year journey?

We will not be taking any bookings at this point, first come first serve. Seatings will have a 1 hour allocation & must be ordering food off our NEW dine in menu. The drive thru will be no more (big ) & we will have a seperate dine in & takeaway menu. We’re doing the best we can to ensure a smooth transition back to ‘normality’ at the Knox!
