23.01.2022 FOR YOUR PRAYERS: A little taste of some of what's ahead in 2015 for Andrew
22.01.2022 PRAYER POINT: Please pray for Andrew as he speaks at the next Life@Work breakfast tomorrow morning. The topic - why Christians should play, and how their play can form part of their witness to their colleagues. Here's a short clip explaining a bit more. Thanks for your prayers! http://bit.ly/1Ttiipa
22.01.2022 "The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness" Lamentations 3:22-23... Andrew's morning cycle commute along the Yarra made that little bit more special this morning #newmercieseverymorning
21.01.2022 PRAYER POINT: Please pray for Andrew as he tries to get a few final things organised at work before the baby arrives (due in 11 days). In particular, planning for an event February 26 (see video below for a little taste of what it's about). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i470oD3tLu8
20.01.2022 THANK YOU for your prayers regarding the Life@Work breakfast this morning. Things went well. Lots of godly, practical wisdom from the speaker, the event ran smoothly, plus the largest crowd thus far to one of these breakfasts. Thanks again for praying!
19.01.2022 How colouring in with Jemimah helped me (Andrew) with the talk I was giving last week. A little clip from last week's breakfast - thanks for your prayers. http://bit.ly/1GIP5jc
17.01.2022 I (Andrew) am after your wisdom...pun intended. I wrote this little article for the Life@Work blog, but I'm keen to explore the relationship between wisdom, work, and Proverbs 8 and 31 in particular. Has anyone read anything good on this topic? Thanks! http://bit.ly/1FBi0E8
10.01.2022 I (Andrew) am currently reading, and thoroughly enjoying, Eric Metaxas' biography of William Wilberforce. Some reflections I've just written on one aspect of Wilberforce's life - the attractiveness of his Christian faith to those around him. As one long-term family friend said of his conversion: "If this is madness, I hope he will bite us all". http://bit.ly/1AgmewH
09.01.2022 PRAYER POINT: Please pray for Andrew as he runs the first Life@Work breakfast for 2015 tomorrow. Pray that all runs smoothly, and that those who attend might see all the more clearly how good the Gospel is in guiding us how to live well, and so witness to its truth and beauty.
05.01.2022 A little (90 second) taste from the breakfast Andrew asked you to pray about last week. Thanks again for your prayers! http://bit.ly/1MbR7uh
04.01.2022 Wishing you a very merry Christmas as you celebrate Jesus' birth. Thank you for your love, support and friendship this year.
02.01.2022 PRAYER POINT: Please pray for those attending a Life@Work breakfast Andrew is running tomorrow morning. Pray that they might be enthused to connect their local church more with their daily work. The clip below gives a bit more of taste of what's being discussed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JJ6a7ix7IE4
