24.01.2022 For the upcoming season, this week we will be reaching out to all our previous coaches to get their interests in coaching again for the upcoming season. If you are interested in becoming a coach or manager, this season, we will be providing more resources than ever before, thanks to our partnership with Australian Cricket Institute. If you would like to volunteer for one of our teams this year, please contact Clinton via email, [email protected] Registration details and our open day/night event will be finalised this week. Keep an eye out.

18.01.2022 As our club continues to grow, we will start to see more results like today. We had an amazing amount of boys selected in the Pine Rivers Under 12s team today. 10 of the 12 Spots were taken by Lakes Knights boys. To all the boys that trailed and didnt make it, use this as motivation and be determined to make it next time. Congrats to our 10 boys. Proud of you

18.01.2022 For those of you trying to register for the season and not sure about which age to register for!

18.01.2022 This club has run its Master Blasters program to run similar to the super 6s that we use to have in place before that. We used harder balls, the kids padded up in pads and gloves. The club provided all that gear. Due to Covid restrictions, no cricket gear can be shared. The only thing that can be are bats and they need to be wiped down after each use. So for the upcoming Master Blasters season, we will be reverting to the Cricket Australia version of Master Blasters. ... -Softer ball -No padding up, no pads, helmets or gloves. We encourage you to bring your own bat, but do not share that with others. We will have bats available to use.

Firstly, thank you to our outgoing President, Haydon Carroll, who has led us over the past 2 years enabling our club to flourish and grow under his leadership. Thank you to our outgoing Treasurer, Anna Patch who has kept our books in impeccable order and been a valued contributor to our executive committee. Congratulations to Anna and her husband John for their Life Membership. Together, their family has been a ...constant sounding board of knowledge and always ensured the clubs best interests were at the forefront of all decisions. Thank you finally to our outgoing registrar, Michael Keeffe who has done a stellar job of keeping all of our player records accurate. Congratulations to our incoming executive and committee members. 13.01.2022 Congrats to Josh McFee who has been called into Team Netto for the BNJCA U12 Casey Cup later this year. Unlucky to originally miss out. Thankfully he has been training hard so will slot in nicely. He will join Cooper Stahmer, Bailey Keenan, Jamie Lummis and former player Will Mortimer in the tournament. Good luck to all the boys.

Playing for Met North at The QLD State Schoolboys championship. 8 wickets so far for the tournament and a couple of not outs with the bat including a top score so far of 29*. ... 10.01.2022 It is with great pleasure we announce our club will be aligning with the Australian Cricket Institute Coaching Assist Program for the upcoming season. Not only does this offer our coaches better resources to enhance our players experience, but as apart of the agreement, our players will have direct access to The ACI online academy. More details will follow over the next few weeks. Exciting times ahead for the club.

The boys did fantastically well over the the two day trials and were rewarded with selection.
