25.01.2022 Victoria we did it! Here it is guys, no more waiting to get into the gym. We are capped at 150 max in the gym at one time, following the 1 person per every 4sqm and keeping your distance of 1.5m. Pool, spa and sauna will be up and running. ... 20 people max in our classes, still following the 1 person per 4sqm rule, classes will commence as 23rd of November 2020. Still need to register each time you walk in and a temperature check. We will still be following all COVID-19 guideline and keeping up with all guidelines to keep you and all our staff safe And most of all a big thank you to all for making the last 2 weeks work for all of us DO IT FOR DO IT FOR YOURSELF

14.01.2022 As per Victorian government and DHHS directives, masks must be worn in all indoor places from 5pm 31/12. This includes gyms. So from now onwards, you must wear a mask upon entry and exit of the gym, you are permitted to take off your mask while training however must practice 1.5m social distancing As per current requirements, please use hand sanitiser on entry and ensure surfaces are cleaned with wipes before and after use.
