It is an important functional movement that can assist in picking up weight/load from below hip height with minimal bend in the knees. It can be very effective for those with irritable knees that dont like a lot bending. It is an excellent exercise for strengthening the posterior chain muscles (erector spinae, glutes and hamstrings) It is a great mobility exercise for lengthening the hamstrings. Although we might get a clearer picture from a referral, you can always just pop by clinic or making a booking... The type of mattress you sleep on prevents back pain Nope. Or at least, no high-quality clinical research has properly identified the perfect mattress that will prevent back pain. Surgery is the only option Nope. From treating degenerative disc diseases, rotator cuff tears to various types of knee osteoarthritis, physiotherapy has shown to be just as effective as surgery Get them all right?
