As a bare minimum, 20 minutes of walking a day is a great way of keeping the body in good shape. . If you really want your body to thank you, i'll be teaching a yoga class this Tuesday and Thursday night. We‘ll be focusing on movements to specifically strengthen and stabilise the spine.
